Check-in & Check-out times

  • Check-out: From 08:30 to 10:00
  • Check-in: From 15:00 to 23:30
    Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

Quiet Hours & Curfew

  • Quiet hours are 23:00 to 06:00
  • Entry to the property is closed between 23:30 and 06:00

Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

Parties

  • Parties, events, hen or stag groups are not allowed

Children & Cots

  • Children of all ages are welcome
  • Cots are available on request for children aged 0–3, free of charge and subject to availability
  • No extra beds are available

Pets

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional cost of £15 per dog, per night
  • Please ensure that that you have included the correct number of dogs via the ‘dog-friendly stay’ service in checkout before confirming your booking

Damage Policy

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
  • We reserve the right to charge up to £250 after check-out if damage is identified
