Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small business.

Free cancellation
Guests may cancel their booking within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the arrival date is more than 7 days away.

Partial refund
If you cancel 7 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the accommodation cost.
Service fees are non-refundable.

No refund
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Scheduled or partial payments
If your booking is paid in instalments or partially paid, any refund will be calculated based on the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

How to cancel
Guests can cancel their booking using the cancellation link included in their booking confirmation email, or by contacting us directly by emailing thehurstcoachhouseandstable@gmail.com.
