The property consists of;
Bedroom
Large room with a king size bed for 2 people, a single fold out bed is available on request, a wardrobe, bedside draws, and dressing table with stool.
Duvets, pillows, bedding, fresh towels are provided.
Bathroom
Roll topped Bath, shower, toilet
Lounge Area
The front room has a sofa that doubles into a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV unit with standard channels.
WIFI
Wifi is available at the property passcode is available on arrival.
Kitchen/ Dining Area
The well spaced modern kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with home from home essentials such as a cooker, air frier, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, table/glass wear and utensils, three seater bar.
Parking/ Entrance
The newly tarmacked back entrance offers secure off road parking and a key safe to come and go as you please. Maximum of 2 cars, park behind each other please when you arrive.
Guest Access
Your private entrance to the property is through the front door, there is a door to the back of the property and is an emergency exit only
Other things to note
We are part of a rural community, and depending on the time of year, tractors and farm machinery do pass the house.
