The property consists of;
Bedroom
Large room with a king size bed for 2 people, a single fold out bed on request, a small sofa area, TV, wardrobe, bedside draws, and dressing table with stool and full length mirror.
Duvets, pillows, bedding, fresh towels are provided.
Bathroom
Jacuzzi bath, shower, bidet, toilet
Lounge Area
The front room has a sofa that doubles into a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV unit with standard channels, Xbox, a table eating seating area, with further seating at the kitchen bar.
WIFI
Wifi is available at the property passcode is available on arrival.
Kitchen/ Dining Area
The well spaced modern kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with home from home essentials such as a cooker, air frier, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, table/glass wear and utensils, two seater bar. A further dining area that seats 4.
Conservatory
At the back of the property is a conservatory with sofa area, French doors lead onto a gravelled garden.
Parking/ Entrance
The newly tarmacked back entrance offers secure off road parking and a key safe to come and go as you please.
Your private entrance to the property is through the conservatory double doors, the front door of the property is an emergency exit only.
Guest Access
Rear drive way for parking, lock box gate access to gravelled garden, through second single gate into private entrance into Coach house through the French Doors of the conservatory.
Other things to note
The Coach House sits along side the main road into the village, agriculture machinery does run past the property, depending on the time of year is how busy it gets.
